REACTILINK LQ is engineered as an alternative means of creating polymer-modified asphalt binders to meet DOT specifications. REACTILINK LQ is supplied as a liquid and can be pumped into the asphalt binder hence limiting worker handling and exposure like other cross-linkers.
REACTILINK LQ Benefit Highlights:
- Reduced hydrogen sulfide (H2S) emissions during processing
- Reduced polymer loading required to meet specifications
- Reduction in excessive cross-linking compared to sulfur
- Enhanced long-term storage stability of the modified binder
- Achieve Multiple Stress Creep Recovery (MSCR) compliant Specifications
- Enhance Elasticity and Stiffness while controlling Viscosity
